README for WWW::Scraper::Lite

WWW::Scraper::Lite is a small module combining basic crawling with
LWP::UserAgent and parsing with HTML::TreeBuilder::XPath. Custom tag
handling is performed by means of a hash of XPath expressions and
callbacks.
